Qualifications and skills
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in gambling, betting, or high-ROI verticals (crypto, dating, finance)
Solid understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models, and traffic evaluation metrics (FTD, ROI, LTV, CR)
Experience working with affiliate networks, media buyers, and direct partners
Familiarity with traffic types: SEO, PPC, push, in-app, social, Telegram, and UGC
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close mutually beneficial deals
Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms (Affise, HasOffers, Everflow, etc.)
Organized, analytical, and proactive approach to partner management
Ability to spot fraudulent traffic patterns and enforce compliance
English level B2 or higher; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus
Key responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new affiliates and webmasters across various traffic sources
Build strong, long-term relationships with partners and maintain daily communication
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and partner satisfaction
Negotiate custom payouts, bonuses, and deal structures to improve volume and quality
Analyze traffic sources and enforce compliance with program rules and regional regulations
Coordinate with finance to ensure timely and accurate payouts
Keep CRM and trackers updated with all deal terms, communication logs, and traffic notes
Generate regular performance reports and partner insights for the internal team
Attend industry events, manage online networking, and grow the company’s affiliate reach
