Qualifications and skills

2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in affiliate marketing, iGaming, tech, or digital sectors

Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple roles and departments

Experience hiring for both operational and niche roles (e.g., Media Buyers, Affiliate Managers, SEO, Developers)

Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Telegram sourcing, Recruitee, etc.)

Understanding of different contract types and hiring models (freelance, full-time, international)

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities

Well-organized with strong communication and follow-up skills

English level B2 or higher; Russian or other additional languages are a plus

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end hiring process: from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding

Source candidates using LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, referrals, and other non-standard channels

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit for both skills and culture

Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers and ensure timely communication

Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline tracking in ATS/CRM systems

Work with department leads to prioritize roles and align hiring strategies with business needs

Help develop job descriptions and recruitment campaigns for open positions

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process

Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pool development
