Qualifications and skills
At least 1 year of experience in inbound sales, preferably in iGaming or similar industries (dating, crypto, betting)
Skilled in customer interaction using scripts or structured communication flows
Understanding of client segmentation and demand categorization
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, AmoCRM)
Fast learner with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of the sales funnel and lead qualification stages
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound inquiries daily
English level B1 or higher (both written and spoken)
Key responsibilities
Monitor and process incoming registrations and inquiries via CRM, web forms, and chat
Initiate first contact with potential clients via email, chat, site
Assess client profiles using a qualification checklist and assign appropriate categories
Update and maintain client records in the CRM system
Route qualified leads to relevant departments and ensure smooth handover
Track and ensure timely lead processing according to internal SLAs
Maintain internal reports on lead status and daily activity
