Qualifications and skills
Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, Traffic Arbitrage, or Affiliate Marketing (with a focus on SEO or Telegram channels).
Solid understanding of monetization models such as CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and Flat fee.
Hands-on experience with cloaking bypass techniques and working with “grey” SEO traffic is mandatory.
Familiarity with the digital markets in Turkey or Azerbaijan is a strong advantage.
Experience in identifying and evaluating Telegram channels based on key metrics (Engagement Rate, reach, audience activity, etc.).
Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Telemetrio, TGStat, Popsters, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs, or equivalent platforms.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
High level of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
Identify and onboard new SEO partners and Telegram channel owners in the target GEOs.
Analyze and verify traffic sources (websites, channels, webmasters) to assess quality, legitimacy, and transparency.
Conduct negotiations and secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and trackers, including communication logs, deal terms, and payment schedules.
Monitor partner compliance with agreed terms and proactively manage payment processes.
Work with performance metrics and analytics, including engagement rate, subscriber growth, and traffic quality indicators.
Prepare regular reports and provide ongoing feedback to internal teams.
