Qualifications and skills
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, betting, or related verticals (dating, crypto, finance)
Solid network of affiliates and webmasters in CIS markets (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, etc.)
Deep understanding of traffic monetization models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
Strong negotiation and partner relationship management skills
Experience analyzing affiliate traffic quality: FTD rates, retention, ARPU, etc.
Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, Everflow, HasOffers)
Familiarity with traffic sources typical for the region: SEO, PPC, Telegram, UGC, etc.
High attention to detail, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills in Russian (native or fluent); English level B1 or higher
Key responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates from CIS markets
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
Analyze affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for ROI and retention
Negotiate deal terms and custom offers to maximize value from key partners
Monitor traffic sources to ensure compliance with brand and regulatory requirements
Resolve partner issues and disputes in a timely, professional manner
Collaborate with internal departments (compliance, product, finance) to support affiliate operations
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
Attend local industry events, forums, and maintain a personal network in the region
