Qualifications and skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in media buying with a strong focus on gambling, betting, or other high-competition verticals
2+ years in a leadership role managing multi-channel paid acquisition teams
Proven track record of scaling media spend to $300K+/month with positive ROI
Deep expertise in key traffic sources: Facebook, Google (UAC/Search), TikTok, native, push, in-app
Strong understanding of ad account management, cloaking, anti-detect setups, and campaign infrastructure
Solid grasp of performance metrics: CPA, FTDs, LTV, ROI, retention, funnel conversion
Experience with analytics and tracking platforms (Keitaro, Voluum, GA4, AppsFlyer, RedTrack, etc.)
High proficiency in working with creatives, pre-landers, and A/B testing flows
Strong leadership, team-building, and project management skills
English level B2 or higher; other languages (e.g., Russian, Spanish) are a plus
Key responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performance media buying department (team, processes, tools)
Own overall traffic acquisition strategy across multiple channels and GEOs
Set and manage budgets, KPIs, and daily spend across all media buying teams
Drive aggressive scaling of campaigns while ensuring traffic quality and ROI targets
Develop and implement effective testing frameworks for creatives, landings, and offers
Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews of media buyers
Ensure compliance with platform policies and legal requirements for gambling promotion
Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to improve funnel efficiency
Optimize use of tech stack: trackers, anti-detects, proxies, automation tools
Report regularly to executive leadership on spend allocation, performance, and growth plans
