Qualifications and skills
5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in fast-paced digital industries (affiliate marketing, tech, iGaming, etc.)
Proven experience building HR processes and frameworks from scratch in a scaling company
Deep understanding of recruitment, talent development, retention, and organizational design
Strong grasp of international labor practices and compliance (Europe, CIS, LatAm preferred)
Experience with performance review systems, KPI frameworks, and incentive models
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing distributed teams
Proficiency with modern HR tech stacks (e.g., BambooHR, HiBob, Recruitee, Notion, etc.)
High level of self-discipline, structure, and strategic thinking
English level B2 or higher; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Spanish) are a plus
Key responsibilities
Design and implement scalable HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding for key global roles
Build frameworks for performance management, feedback, and career development
Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in competitive markets
Support the leadership team with organizational planning and team structuring
Develop and refine compensation, benefits, and bonus structures for different departments
Maintain and scale a strong company culture across remote and hybrid teams
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team leads on all people-related matters
Prepare reports on HR KPIs, hiring pipeline, retention, and employee satisfaction
