Qualifications and skills
3+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management, preferably in gambling, betting, or other high-competition verticals
Deep understanding of Google traffic types: UAC, Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube
Proven successful cases with detailed KPIs: CPA, ROI, FTDs, ARPU, LTV
Hands-on experience launching and scaling campaigns in Tier 2/3 GEOs (LatAm, Asia, CIS, Africa)
Strong knowledge of cloaking, bypassing restrictions, and account farming (GAds)
Experience working with large daily budgets and aggressive performance targets
Proficiency with tracking platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Keitaro, Voluum, AppsFlyer, GA4)
Familiarity with anti-detect browsers and campaign infrastructure (Multilogin, Dolphin, etc.)
Ability to analyze funnel performance and optimize creatives, pre-landers, and landings
English level B2 or higher; additional languages are a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a results-driven environment
Key responsibilities
Launch, manage, and scale profitable Google Ads campaigns (UAC/Search/Display/YouTube)
Continuously test new creatives, audiences, GEOs, and traffic angles
Set up and manage campaign infrastructure: accounts, trackers, anti-detect environments
Monitor traffic quality and KPIs, adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance
Collaborate with designers and devs to create high-performing funnels (pre-landers/landers)
Implement and optimize cloaking techniques to comply with ad platform policies
Generate detailed reports on ad spend, ROI, user behavior, and campaign performance
Share knowledge and support junior media buyers with strategy and setup
Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, industry best practices, and compliance trends
